Mufeez (Stage alias, "Vertex")

Deya M.
Deya's music and art aims to capture the sentiments of both the diaspora and younger generation of Bengalis living across the world. Her goal is to uplift the Bengali community by spreading the richness of Bangali culture to all corners of the world. Influences for her work include her training in Jazz, Commercial, Western Classical, and Hindustani Classical voice. Furthermore, as a third culture kid, her expression focuses on the dichotomy of "belonging everywhere and nowhere". When spending time away from creating her own work, Deya also teaches others how to sing. Deya’s further work is on all social media outlets on @deyarcreations.

Ravi Lad
I’m Ravi. I’m a Houston-based producer/engineer and student. In June 2021, after exactly 3 years of service, I left my day job as an engineer in oil & gas to chase music and audio full-time. I earned my first degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2018 (this brain has been STRETCHED by thermo & fluid mechanics!), and I’m currently working on my Bachelor’s in Music Production via the Berklee College of Music. My dream is for creatives (especially Desi creatives!!) to feel confident and empowered to pursue their passions, even if those passions don’t necessarily fall in line with the status quo.
Ian Persaud
Ian Persaud is a first generation West Indian/Indo Caribbean New Yorker, currently living in DC (Local Musicians & Artists, hit him up!!!). Having grown up in the biggest (read: best) city, he's as bold and brave as you'd imagine. He weaves his emotions into his music as easily as you pour your cereal. Each song is an act of defiance and vulnerability; each mp3 is like a page from a diary cast aside and audio-animated. He changes form as all artists do, but from song to song the golden thread always reflects his authentic self and emotions. You can find hip-hop, R&B, alternative, singer-songwriter, and pop among his tunes, but they all resonate with the soul. Simply put, he's doing his best.
Creative direction, music production, composition, arrangement, songwriting, basic engineering, writing (poetry & short story), basic photography & video editing. (as an independent artist, gotta do some of everything.

INFUSION GROOVES
We are the INFUSION band, a collective of diverse musicians working together to meld Southeast Asian and Western musical traditions. Infusion re-imagines famous South Asian and Western music pieces through a modernist lens to create a unique sound. Additionally, we are a very unique assemble of artists and musicians coming together representing different cultures(names from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and America). We are probably the only band in the area with such diverse sound and talent.
